Back-to-School Sweepstakes


No purchase necessary to enter or win a prize. Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) August 8, 2007, and ends 11:59:59 PM ET December 3, 2007 (“entry period”). To enter online, go to www.LoveYourRaisins.com follow the links and input your contact information including: name, address, phone number and email address if applicable and click submit during the entry period. You may only enter this sweepstakes online. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per email address.

WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 21, 2007 from among all complete, eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: A three night / two day trip to a major theme park in Florida or California for a family of four. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major airport closest to the winner's home to theme park, ground transportation, and admission passes worth up to $530. All travel is subject to availability, blackout dates apply. Trip must be taken before December 31, 2008. Approximate retail value of prize $5,000.

NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by mail and required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Travel Release and where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be completed and returned within 14 days after prize notification, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Guests of the winner must be 18 years of age or older, unless child of the winner. Guests and winner must travel on same itinerary, and, in addition, guest must sign a travel release.

ENTRY LIMIT: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to enter using multiple e-mail addresses will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Internet entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Online entrants must complete all data requested on entry form. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Neither California Raisin Marketing Board nor Marden-Kane, Inc. are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, and lost/delayed data transmissions. In addition failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or inability to access the website or online service, or any other error or malfunction is not the responsibility of the sponsor. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Proof of emailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older at time of entry. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Employees and agents of the sponsor, California Raisin Marketing Board c/o Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. and Marden-Kane, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families of each may not enter. Sweepstakes void where prohibited and is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Winner and guests agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates, promotional agency, and their respective agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of the prizes awarded. By entry into this sweepstakes, winner agrees to be bound by these official rules and the winner consents to the use of his/her, name, city and state of residence and/or photograph for promotional purposes online and off-line without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to the expiration date, notice will be posted at http://www.LoveYourRaisins.com Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsors and their agents. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors or problems in connection with any sweepstakes-related materials.
